As one of the youngest council members ever to be accepted into The Forbes Real Estate Council, Real Estate Executive Brian H. Robb has an extensive education and exceptional experience in the real estate industry.
Mr. Robb’s career started when he began immersing himself in the world of commercial real estate finance at the age of 18, fueled by a natural-born drive along with a genuine interest in the industry. He created Robb Capital, which quickly became a well-respected premier commercial real estate finance and advisory firm. Shorlty after launch, Mr. Robb arranged financing for a $27.75MM transaction, a deal that ranked #6 amongst loans nationwide by Fitch Ratings. By the age of 32, he had also arranged $42.84MM for the Le Méridien hotel in Dallas, TX.
During this time, Mr. Robb continued to attract, recruit, train and supervise the daily activities of many high level sales executives, while at the same time successfully managing the daily operations of established commercial real estate finance and advisory firms. It was during this period that Mr. Robb developed a stellar reputation for creating strong brand names with his unique methods of identifying, crafting, implementing and overseeing innovative and creative marketing strategies.
As the founder of Marketing Real Estate, a full-service marketing agency that has pioneered innovative and proprietary marketing methods for the real estate industry, Mr. Robb has also created a non–recourse platform under Robb Capital, with a strong focus on Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities known as CRE Loan.
Having previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Forbes 2017 “#1 Marketing Influencer to Watch” and as the Chief Marketing Officer for Engel & Völkers Florida and EXIT Realty Florida, he is currently a Vice President with CBRE, which is the largest commercial real estate services company in the world.
Mr. Robb received his MBA with Merit from Imperial College London where he completed a thesis on the BHR Method for Real Estate Recruitment, Lead Generation and Franchise Sales, Mr. Robb also holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Cass Business School in London where he authored a thesis on Innovative Marketing Methods for the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
